We believe no device should leave our facility without being calibrated, tested, and re-tested by our senior engineers. We believe our employees should be paid a living wage, taught new and valuable skills, and encouraged to pursue their interests both at work and away. Every Precious Metal Verifier is built by hand right here in Chico, California, using as many locally sourced components as possible. The engineers who build our verifiers are apprenticed and taught how to build each device with precision. Every device is calibrated, tested, and checked by engineers at each stage of the assembly process before being boxed and shipped out to customers. Every employee is paid a fair wage for the hard work and care they put into building each device.

We have exacting standards for our devices. Every device must pass final testing perfectly, or it is returned to be checked and re-calibrated before it can move on. We don't have an acceptable fail rate for our devices; should a device fail, it is examined and reviewed for improvements for other devices.
