Sigma Metalytics is a family owned and operated business based in Chico, California, founded in 2013. We take pride in the fact that our components are sourced from the U.S.A. and each of our units is hand-built to order right here in our Chico factory. 

 

We’re not a big tech company that can always overnight your order, but our engineers take the time to build, calibrate, and test each Precious Metal Verifier by hand to ensure they are the finest quality and have the highest accuracy.  

 

We are happy to provide technical support on the phone or over email. We can help troubleshoot unexpected readings, odd coins, problems with a device, or anything else. If the person on the phone can’t answer your questions, they will get you in touch with someone who can.

We do not have a showroom, nor do we allow visitors at our facility. 

All orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. For questions about shipping and order fulfillment, please contact us.

If you believe your device needs service or repair, please contact us. If we determine your device does need to be sent into the factory for service or repair, remember to ship the device with all of its attachments.

Domestic Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy for Purchases from Sigma Metalytics

U.S. based customers who purchased directly from sigmametalytics.com have 30 days from delivery to request a return and refund. The device must be returned to us in like-new condition with all accessories, attachments, and parts included to be eligible for a full refund. We will provide a return shipping label for the device to be returned to us.

Subject to the laws in your country and/or jurisdiction, international customers who purchased directly from sigmametalytics.com have 30 days from delivery to request a return and refund.
