These units are cosmetically blemished but otherwise factory new, accurate, and fully functional. Occasionally we make a mistake during production - oops! We don't want these units to go to waste by collecting dust on a shelf. Instead, we want to offer them to you at a discount.
There will be scuffs, scratches, discolorations, or other visual imperfections of varying degrees on the device, but it will still test and authenticate precious metals like any other PMV. Cosmetic defects do not affect the functionality of any PMV.
The device will come with a modified 2-year warranty. The warranty will not cover any visual defects but will fully cover any mechanical issues, internal component failures, and internal hardware or software worksmanship problems.
All cosmetically blemished units come with all three available wands, the case or carrying bag, charger, calibration disk, and manual.

We do not accept cosmetic returns for cosmetically blemished units. If you have concerns or questions about the comsetic blemishes for the unit you are ordering, please contact us and we'd be happy to send photos of the specific unit you will receive.
Due to the infrequency of cosmetically units being produced, this item is rarely restocked and we have a limit of one cosmetically blemished unit per customer.
